    Our client is one of the top wholesale jewellers, based in Bangalore, South India.

    They work with numerous clients and suppliers all over India and deal with different jewellery ornaments like gold and diamond jewellery.

      They used manual systems to manage the orders placed by customers. Some of their customers used mobile devices to send images through chat and communicate over the phone regarding orders, and the wholesaler also used chat messages to send order details to their vendors. Customers and vendors became dissatisfied with their services over time as they were unable to manage the orders.

    Logimax offered the client a product developed for wholesale jewellery traders.

    A mobile app-based application with customised mobile app dashboards for each of the user types: admin, customer, and vendor.

    Customers can use the mobile app to place orders by choosing from a catalogue, uploading artwork from their gallery, or taking a photo with their mobile cameras, cropping it, and then creating an order with the necessary details.

    They can also designate urgent orders by specifying the delivery date, as well as orders they place for occasions like weddings and other special occasions.

    The admin can easily manage the orders created by the customers and assign them to the vendors. The vendors can process the orders using the process stage options and update the status there and then. All the orders created by the customers can be tracked by the customers and the admin.

    The system immediately and automatically pushed all necessary alerts to the specific customer or vendor. All alerts related to their orders, like vendor’s new orders, ready-for-delivery status, over-dues status alerts, etc., were sent to their apps via Android and iOS push notifications.

    Results

    The wholesaler we work with now finds it very simple to handle customer orders.

    Customers can generate orders and check the status on their dashboards, which makes them feel very convenient and increases sales.

    The vendors were closely supervised, and the clients received their orders on time.
